Power Infrastructure

Grid and network operators need circuits that stay in service for decades outdoors — buried, ducted or on trays — while meeting the voltage class, fault level and earthing arrangement set by the network owner. The difficulty is rarely the cable alone: conductor size, screening and armour have to be matched to the actual fault levels, soil conditions and laying method of the network, then evidenced by routine and type tests before dispatch.
