When you submit an enquiry: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the technical details you provide (product family, voltage, quantity, applicable standard, destination market, and your specification text).

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a technical and commercial proposal. Without this information we cannot answer your request.

Who receives it

Your details are passed to the following recipients:

• Our form delivery provider — the enquiry form is submitted through a third-party service that forwards your details to our export team by email.
• Google — if you arrive through an advertisement and submit an enquiry, Google Analytics and Google Ads may receive your contact details and the fact that an enquiry was submitted, in order to measure and optimise advertising performance. This transfer takes place outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained as business correspondence. Contact us to request correction or deletion.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or object to processing. Write to terry@sh-cables.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
