Shenghua Group Signs Agreement for Smart Manufacturing Industrial Chain Cluster Project in Xinxian

XINXIAN, December 22 – The official signing ceremony for the Cable and Electrical Appliance Smart Manufacturing Industrial Chain Cluster Project was successfully held today. Key attendees included Liu Ningtao, Executive Vice President of Shanghai Shenghua Cable Technology Group, alongside Xinxian government leaders Zhu Guopeng, Li Qing, and Li Tao.

Strategic Expansion into Central ChinaDuring the ceremony, Mr. Liu Ningtao outlined Shenghua Group’s strategic development and the master plan for the newly signed project. He emphasized that the Group remains committed to national strategic directives while actively seizing regional growth opportunities.

"The superior geographical location and clear industrial planning of Xinxian, coupled with the pragmatic and efficient work style of the local government, were decisive factors in our decision to invest here," stated Mr. Liu. He added that this project represents a critical step in deepening the Group's presence in Central China. Leveraging the platform advantages of the Southeast Henan Xinxian Enclave Industrial Park, Shenghua Group aims to accelerate local industrial transformation and collaborate with the government to drive high-quality economic development.

Fostering New Quality Productive ForcesMr. Zhu Guopeng, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and Secretary of the County Government Party Leadership Group, extended a warm welcome to the Shenghua Group delegation. He noted that Xinxian is actively aligning with provincial and municipal industrial development strategies to build a modern industrial system and cultivate "New Quality Productive Forces."

"The establishment of Shenghua Cross-linked Cable Technology (Henan) Co., Ltd.—a subsidiary of Shanghai Shenghua Cable Technology Group—in our industrial park will inject powerful momentum into the revitalization and high-quality development of this region." He further pledged that the government would continue to optimize the business environment through dedicated task forces and streamlined services to ensure the project moves swiftly from groundbreaking to full-scale production.

Project SpecificationsThe formal cooperation agreement was signed by Li Qing, Deputy Mayor of Xinxian, and Liu Leitao, General Manager of Shenghua Cross-linked Cable (Henan) Co., Ltd.

With a total investment of 500 million RMB, the project is initially planned to cover 200 acres, with an additional 300 acres reserved for future expansion. This facility will serve as a cornerstone for smart manufacturing in the region's electrical sector.
