Year 1987
Shanghai Haixin Cable Factory, the predecessor of Shanghai Shenghua Cable Group, was established
Year 1997
Zhang Shengfei invested 12 million yuan to acquire Shanghai Haixin Cable Factory, which has 20 years of wire and cable manufacturing history, and founded Shanghai Shenghua Cable Factory Co., Ltd. after reorganization.
Year 1998
Acquired Shanghai Disan Silk Weaving Factory and Shanghai Sophia Footwear Co., Ltd., expanded cable production scale, and changed its name to Shanghai Shenghua Cable Factory Co., Ltd.
Year 1999
The acquisition of Shanghai Pujiang Cable Factory realized the leap from plastic cables to rubber-sheathed cables.
Year 2000
It invested 20 million yuan to establish a production base and marketing center in Wenzhou, Zhejiang. At the same time, Shanghai Shenghua Branch Cable Co., Ltd. was established by introducing Japanese technology.

Invest 100 million yuan to build a high-tech park covering an area of 400 acres in Shanghai Pudong Nanhui Industrial Park.

Invested 120 million yuan to acquire the bankrupt Anhui Lvbao Cable Co., Ltd. and Hefei Cable Factory, reorganized and established Anhui Lvbao Cable Co., Ltd. and Anhui Shenghua Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 101 million yuan, and realized low-voltage cables A leap towards the high-voltage cable and cable industry to the real estate industry.

Shenghua Group invested 50 million yuan to control Shanghai Shentong Copper Co., Ltd. with an annual output value of nearly 2 billion yuan. At the same time, it also established a cable reel company and a refractory material company to actively promote the upstream industry.

Invested in the establishment of Shanghai Shenghua Transmission and Distribution Co., Ltd., and developed a series of fireproof cables such as BTTZ and flexible.
Year 2010
Shenghua Cable Group successfully reorganized the Harbin Cable Factory. In November, it reorganized and established the Harbin Cable Group, and started construction of the Shenghua Group Harbin production base.
Year 2011
Settled in the Shanghai Shenghua Technology Building with an investment of 100 million yuan, and has become a new landmark building in the Xinchang area of Shanghai Pudong New Area. That year, Shanghai Shenghua Carbon Fiber Cable Co., Ltd., which specializes in the production of new carbon fiber aluminum wires, was also announced.

On July 1st, Shanghai Shenghua Cable Group and Jiangxi Copper will jointly fund and establish Jiangxi Shenghua (Shanghai) Cable Co., Ltd. and the commissioning ceremony will be held in Shanghai. The new company's headquarters will be located in Pudong, Shanghai, focusing on building a "100 billion-level" large-scale platform for the transformation and upgrading of the cable industry, technological innovation, and resource integration.
