Conductor: 

Made of Category 5 flexible copper, composed of stranded tin-plated annealed copper wires; exhibits excellent electrical conductivity, flexibility, and ease of installation, while also possessing anti-oxidation and acid/alkali resistance properties, making it suitable for long-term operation in complex outdoor environments.


Insulation Layer:

 Made of irradiation-crosslinked polyolefin material, it withstands DC 1500V high voltage, has a temperature resistance rating of 120°C to 125°C, provides corona protection, offers high insulation strength, and exhibits low transmission loss.


External Sheath:


  Made of specialized weather-resistant polyolefin material, it is UV-resistant, withstands extreme temperatures (40°C to120°C), and features low-smoke, halogen-free flame retardancy. With an outdoor service life exceeding 25 years, it aligns perfectly with the lifecycle of photovoltaic modules.
