PV1-F / H1Z2Z2-K photovoltaic DC cable is a special cable specially designed for the DC side of photovoltaic systems. It is a single-core round flexible cable, made of tinned copper conductor, with matte and uniform red/black weather-resistant outer sheath printed with serial numbers and specifications.It features excellent flexibility and easy bending.

It is widely used for DC power transmission between photovoltaic modules, combiner boxes, inverters and energy storage equipment, suitable for 1000V–1500V DC systems, with an outdoor service life of ≥25 years and certified by TUV, CE and other international authorities.
Conductor:
Made of Category 5 flexible copper, composed of stranded tin-plated annealed copper wires; exhibits excellent electrical conductivity, flexibility, and ease of installation, while also possessing anti-oxidation and acid/alkali resistance properties, making it suitable for long-term operation in complex outdoor environments.
Insulation Layer:
Made of irradiation-crosslinked polyolefin material, it withstands DC 1500V high voltage, has a temperature resistance rating of 120°C to 125°C, provides corona protection, offers high insulation strength, and exhibits low transmission loss.
